Assignment Method

Interns are matched based on:

• Selected track

• Skill level

• Schedule compatibility

• Project alignment

Weekly Check‑In Structure

• Review last week’s work

• Identify technical gaps

• Assign next exercises

• Confirm deadlines

• Document progress

Progress Ladder

Level 1 — Observer

Level 2 — Assisted Operator

Level 3 — Independent Contributor

Level 4 — Lead Task Owner

Escalation

Performance or conduct issues are escalated to Program Lead with written notes.
