Internship Onboarding Packet

Welcome

The Ennis Creators Lab Internship Program is a structured, track-based film training

environment for high school and college students. Interns work inside real production

workflows and are evaluated on professionalism, collaboration, and creative execution.

Program Objectives

• Build practical film production skills

• Develop track-specific technical ability

• Learn professional set and post-production workflow

• Produce portfolio-ready work

• Practice collaboration and creative discipline

Tracks

Primary tracks include Film Production, Cinematography, Editing, Directing, Screenwriting,

Sound, and Production Design. Each intern is assigned a primary track and may assist

cross‑track when appropriate.

Attendance & Conduct

• Punctual attendance is required

• Missed sessions must be reported in advance

• Professional behavior on set and online is mandatory

• Safety rules must be followed at all times

• Respect for equipment and team members is required

Deliverables

Each intern will complete:

• Track skill exercises

• At least one supervised project contribution

• A final portfolio artifact or reel segment

• A written reflection or process summary

Evaluation

Interns are evaluated on skill growth, reliability, collaboration, creative judgment, and task

completion.

Media & Credit Policy

Project work may be showcased by The Ennis Creators Lab for educational and promotional

purposes. Interns receive credit where appropriate.

Completion Requirements

Program completion requires attendance compliance, deliverable submission, and mentor sign‑off.
