Amil Parrilla is the Chief Operating Officer and Administrative Director at The Ennis Entertainment Group.
She brings a multidisciplinary creative background and a deeply rooted passion for storytelling to the heart of this film production company.

Raised in Brooklyn, New York, in a family of musicians, creativity has always been a natural part of her life and identity.

In 1997, Amil relocated to Boston, Massachusetts, to pursue a career in the beauty industry, where she established herself as a professional hairdresser. Her work has spanned runway modeling, commercial, and print, giving her firsthand experience in high-level production environments and a strong understanding of visual storytelling from behind the scenes.

Beyond hair, her creative journey expanded into special effects makeup, acting, and abstract painting—skills that continue to shape her artistic perspective and contribute to the company’s cinematic and expressive approach. These experiences allow her to bridge creativity with structure, ensuring that artistic vision is supported by strong operations and thoughtful execution.

As a mother of three, including a child on the autism spectrum, Amil leads with empathy, adaptability, and resilience. Those values influence not only her leadership style but also the culture of the company—one grounded in inclusivity, collaboration, and purpose-driven work.
